PHYS 1P22 - Introductory Physics II Statics and dynamics of fluids; heat and thermodynamics; geometrical and wave optics; electric and magnetic forces; DC circuits; special topics in modern physics.
Course Format: Lectures, 4 hours per week. Prerequisite(s): PHYS 1P21 or permission of the instructor Course Notes: This algebra-based course is designed for students in the natural and health sciences and/or future teachers. Students may not concurrently register in PHYS 1P92 or PHYS 1P95 . This course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery. The method of delivery will be listed on the academic timetable, in the applicable term. Materials fee required. Exclusions: Completion of this course will replace previous assigned grade and credit obtained in PHYS 1P23, PHYS 1P92 and PHYS 1P93 and PHYS 1P96 .
