CRIM 3P00 - Introduction to Classical Social Theory Central ideas of the social sciences, their intellectual origin and their change over time. The works of major social philosophers from the 18th and 19th centuries as well as classical sociological theorists.
Course Format: Lectures, seminar, 3 hours per week. Restrictions: Open to CRIM, SOCI (single or combined) majors, CRIM, CRAS and SOCI minors until date specified in Registration guide. Students must have a minimum of 7.0 overall credits or 2.0 CRIM credits above CRIM 1P90 and CRIM 1P91 (1F90). Prerequisite(s): CRIM 2P00 Cross-Listing(s): SOCI 3P00 Course Notes: This course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery. The method of delivery will be listed on the academic timetable, in the applicable term.
