CHYS 3P91 - Applications of Behaviour Analysis and Therapy Use of learning principles, procedures, and concepts to address everyday problems and clinical issues experienced by children, youth and families. Case studies related to developmental disabilities and mental health problems including autism, ADHD and anxiety issues.
Course Format: Seminar, 3 hours per week. Restrictions: Open to CHYS (single or combined), CHYS BA (Honours)/BEd (Primary/Junior) and CHHS, CHLH majors until date specified in Registration guide. After that date open to CHYS (single or combined), CHYS BA(Honours)/BEd (Primary/Junior), CHHS, CHLH majors, GHUM and SOSC students until date specified in Registration guide. Students must have a minimum of 8.0 overall credits. Prerequisite(s): CHYS 3P47 or CHYS 3P60 Course Notes: This course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery. The method of delivery will be listed on the academic timetable, in the applicable term. Exclusions: Completion of this course will replace previous assigned grade and credit obtained in CHYS 3P48.
