ADST 5P00 - Theoretical Foundations in Applied Disability Studies

Overview and examination of historical and contemporary concepts and theories in disability studies and their connections to other disciplines. Students develop their philosophical perspectives and critically analyze cultural representations of disability. Emphasis placed on applying disability studies principles to research and practice.

Exclusion(s): Completion of this course will replace previous assigned grade and credit in ADST 5F00.
