NUSC 1P02 - Nursing Fundamentals
Nursing role in healthcare and society. Concepts, principles, and theories foundational to nursing practice including understanding context, social determinants of health, health promotion, practice standards, and nursing as a regulated profession.
Course Format: Lectures 3 hours per week.
Restrictions: Open to NUSC majors.
Prerequisite(s): NUSC 1P01
Course Notes: A course fee will be applied.
Exclusions: Completion of this course will replace the previous assigned grade and the credit obtained in NUSC 1P12 .
