HLSC 1F90 - Introduction to Health Sciences

Issues and controversies in the area of health. Aspects of health status, determinants of health and personal health.

Course Format: Lectures, 2 hours per week; seminar, 1 hour per week.
Restrictions: Open to BMED, CHHS, CHLH, CMTY, MSCI and PHTH majors until date specified in Registration guide.
Course Notes: Activities fee required. Students are required to complete a designated training workshop outside of lecture/seminar time.This course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery. The method of delivery will be listed on the academic timetable, in the applicable term.
