BTEC 2P09 - Introduction to Biotechnology Traditional and modern biotechnology. Topics include fermentation processes, medical, agricultural and forensic applications; as well as gene cloning and expression.
Course Format: Lectures, 3 hours per week; tutorial 1 hours per week. Prerequisite(s): BIOL 1P91 , BIOL 1P92 (1F90), CHEM 1P91 and CHEM 1P92 (1F92) Course Notes: Materials fee required. This course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery. The method of delivery will be listed on the academic timetable, in the applicable term.
