BIOL 3P43 - Applied Microbiology Ecology of micro-organisms and special adaptations that permit their use in biotechnology and applied microbiology.
Course Format: Lectures, lab, 6 hours per week. Restrictions: Open to BIOL (single or combined), BIOL (Honours)/BEd (Intermediate/Senior), BSc Integrated Studies (Honours)/BEd (Junior/Intermediate), BCHM, BMED, BTEC, NEUR, OEVI majors and BIOL minors until date specified in Registration guide. Students must have a minimum of 8.0 overall credits. Prerequisite(s): BIOL 2P98 or permission of the instructor Cross-Listing(s): BTEC 3P43 Course Notes: Materials fee required. This course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery. The method of delivery will be listed on the academic timetable, in the applicable term.
