ABED 4F86 - Indigenous Ways of Teaching and Learning
Issues in Indigenous and mainstream adult education including learning styles, evaluation, storytelling, experiential learning and lesson planning.
Course Format: Facilitated discussion, 3 hours per week.
Restrictions: Open to students admitted to Indigenous Adult Education.
Course Notes: When course is offered in the Fall term or Winter term, contact hours will be 6 hours per week.This course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery. The method of delivery will be listed on the academic timetable, in the applicable term.
Exclusions: Completion of this course will replace previous assigned grade and credit obtained in ABED 4F16 and ADED 4F86.
