MUSI 4F07 - Recital I Continuation of individual instrumental or vocal study. Directed preparation and execution of a public recital program under the supervision of the student’s principal teacher.
Course Format: Private instruction, 1 hour per week; performance seminar, 1 hour per week; concert attendance, 1 hour per week. Restrictions: Open to BMus majors and permission of the Department; audition required. Prerequisite(s): MUSI 2F92 or MUSI 2F97 (jury minimum 80 percent). Course Notes: Accompanist fee may be required. Prerequisite may be satisfied with its equivalent by audition. Lesson fee. Recital program must be approximately 40 minutes of music. A written proposal must be submitted to the Department for approval by April 1. This course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery. The method of delivery will be listed on the academic timetable, in the applicable term. Exclusions: Completion of this course will replace previous assigned grade and credit obtained in MUSI 3P92 and MUSI 4P01 .
