Topics covered include market selection and entry, alliances, competitive analysis, global consumers and brands, cross-cultural management, global communications and organization. Extensive class discussions and oral presentations by students cover cases and articles on international markets.
Restrictions: Open to MBA and MBA ISP students. Prerequisite(s): MBAB 5P05 and MBAB 5P22 or permission of the Graduate Programs Office.
