SPAN 1F00 - Introductory Spanish Language
Intensive study of Spanish with oral, written and reading practice. Selected readings and multimedia materials for practical insights into the customs and cultural contexts of the contemporary Spanish-speaking world.
Course Format: Lectures, 3 hours per week. Blended.
Course Notes: For students with no background in the language. Closed to heritage and native speakers of Spanish. Students who have taken a previous Spanish course in high school will not be permitted to take this course. This course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery. The method of delivery will be listed on the academic timetable, in the applicable term.
