MSMX 5P20 - Strategic Management in Sport

Examines the role of strategic management in creating and sustaining competitive advantage in contemporary sport organizations. Covers the skills and knowledge required to identify, develop, and execute a data-based strategy. Topics may include competitive advantage, internal and external environmental scanning, strategic direction, change, strategic leadership and governance, types of strategies, strategy selection, and strategy implementation and control.
