DART 4D56 - Collaborative Play Development

Ensemble-based theatrical devising. Exploration of creative, design, and production processes for the collaborative ensemble. Students take on the roles of a small theatre company as they explore creating a new play from inspiration to presentation.

Course Format: Lab, 9 hours per week; additional production time as required.
Restrictions: A minimum of 10.0 DART credits, a minimum 70 percent major average, and permission of the department.
Course Notes: Admission is by audition and/ application. Materials fee and field trip fee may be required. This course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery. The method of delivery will be listed on the academic timetable, in the applicable term.
