VISA 1P93 - Introduction to Drawing

Fundamental principles of drawing with a focus on observational drawing and the development of perceptual and technical skill.

Course Format: Lectures, studio work, 4 hours per week.
Restrictions: Open to VISA (single or combined) and VISA (Honours)/BEd (Intermediate/Senior) majors until date specified in Registration guide. After that date open to VISA (single or combined), VISA (Honours)/BEd (Intermediate/Senior), BA Integrated Studies (Honours)/BEd (Junior/Intermediate) majors and VISA minors, until date specified in the registration guide. In Spring and Summer session, open to all students.
Course Notes: Materials fee required. Students may need additional materials, which they must supply. Field trips may be required. Students are expected to pay their own expenses. Due to space limitations, audits are not permitted in studio classes. This course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery. The method of delivery will be listed on the academic timetable, in the applicable term.
