#PCUL 2P91 - Social Media


Theory, philosophy and politics of Social Media as a communicative mode. Politics of participatory and commodified culture online and the processes of planning content to convey a narrative or convene a community.

Course Format: Lectures, seminar, 3 hours per week.
Restrictions: Open to PCUL, BCMN, COMM, GAMD, IASC, MCMN majors DCUL, MEST minors until date specified in Registration guide.
Prerequisite(s): One of (PCUL 1F92), COMM 1P91  and COMM 1P92  (1F90), CPCF 1F25 , IASC 1F01  (1F00) or permission of the instructor
