*GEOG 3P14 - Introduction to Soil Science

Consideration of soil as a finite environmental resource. Physical, chemical, biological and hydrological processes within the soil system. Assessment and rehabilitation of contaminated soils.

Course Format: Lectures, lab, 5 hours per week.
Prerequisite(s): One of GEOG 1P10 , GEOG 1P11 , GEOG 1P12 , (1F91) or permission of the instructor. Students are recommended to take GEOG 1P11.
