*ERSC 3P85 - Ecology of a Changing Planet

Impact of environmental change and human activity on ecosystems. Topics include climate change and global warming, habitat fragmentation, extinction, invasive species, conservation biology and the management of ecological integrity.

Course Format: Lectures, lab, 5 hours per week.
Prerequisite(s): One of GEOG 1P10 , GEOG 1P11 , GEOG 1P12 ,(GEOG 1F91), (GEOG 2P04), GEOG 2P08 (GEOG 2P09), GEOG 3P09 , BIOL 2P05, BIOL 2Q04, (ERSC 2P09), or permission from the instructor. Students are recommended to take GEOG 1P10 or GEOG 1P12
