WGST 2V91 - Horror: Decolonial and Feminist Perspectives


Decolonial and intersectional feminist introduction to critical horror studies. Topics may include the social construction of horror over time; theorizing horror in mass media and critical understandings of horror and death in the context of colonialism and capitalism.

Course Format: Lectures, seminar, 3 hours per week.
